Home / Compliance & Product Responsibility
Aerilia works with lash brands on products, accessories and packaging for international markets. Our approach is to define the product clearly, discuss the destination requirements early and keep product claims aligned with the information available for that order.
Confirm the lash format, fiber and band specifications, pack contents, artwork and intended use. Review labeling and product information against the market where the collection will be sold.
Define the tool material, coating, dimensions and intended use. Include any product-specific information, packaging instructions and documentation requirements in the sourcing brief.
Clarify the exact product and intended application, formulation information, storage conditions and warnings. Safety data and other requested documentation must correspond to the relevant formula and product.
Tell us which documents or tests your project requires before sample or production confirmation. We will discuss what is available for the product and whether additional review or testing needs to be arranged.
A test report applies to the product, specification and scope it identifies. A safety data sheet is product information, not a universal product certification. Neither should be presented as blanket approval for every product or market.
The brand or importer should review the final market-specific obligations with a qualified local adviser where needed.
Match the directions to the exact lash product and application method. Distinguish consumer lash kits from professional extension products when preparing the pack information.
Review the relevant warnings, storage instructions and shelf-life information for the specific product, especially adhesives and liquids. Confirm these details before artwork approval.
Use claims supported by the product and available evidence. Statements such as hypoallergenic, safe for sensitive eyes or approved require careful review; a supplier document is not blanket market approval.
Lash products are used close to the eye. Product information, appropriate instructions and warnings deserve careful attention, particularly for adhesives and liquids. The FDA’s eye-cosmetic guidance provides a useful starting point for brands reviewing the US market.
Send your product details, destination market and documentation requirements so we can discuss the scope for your project.
