For custom projects, we require a mold development fee and a sample production fee. While the mold development fee is a one-time investment for your proprietary molds, the sample production fee is fully refundable once you proceed with your bulk order. Your custom molds remain your exclusive property and will never be shared.

Import Duties & Taxes

After-Sales Policy
We conduct strict multi-step inspections before shipment. If you find any manufacturing defects or quality issues upon receiving the goods, please provide photo or video evidence and notify us; we will provide a prompt replacement or full refund for the defective products. All orders are securely packed using export-grade packaging. In the rare event that a package suffers severe damage during transit, please immediately report the issue and courier proof to our team so that we can apply for a claim and arrange a replacement.
