A clear foundation for lash brand partnerships.

Private label lash projects bring together product ideas, brand assets and international trade. Aerilia’s approach centers on authorized designs, honest communication and clearly agreed responsibilities, from the first brief to the finished order.

Your brand. Your authorized design.

A logo on a lash tray, a printed sleeve or a custom carton represents a brand’s identity. Clear permission to use the artwork is an important part of a private label project.

Logos & printed packaging

Provide logos, images and packaging artwork that your business owns or is authorized to use. Confirm the approved file version and the intended products before printing.

Custom designs & tooling

Agree on ownership, permitted use, exclusivity and any tooling arrangements in writing before development. A reference sample does not automatically authorize reproduction of a third party’s design.

Integrity in everyday sourcing.

Honest quotations & records

Product descriptions, quotations and commercial records should reflect the agreed order. Clarify product scope, origin and documentation rather than relying on unsupported statements.

Fair business dealings

Business decisions should be based on legitimate product and service requirements. Bribery, falsified records and improper inducements have no place in a responsible partnership.

Respectful working relationships

We support respectful communication and lawful business relationships. If your sourcing program has a supplier code of conduct, share its requirements before project confirmation.

Agree on responsibilities before production.

A cluster lash collection, extension range or custom packaging project can involve several approvals. Record the agreed scope so both sides have the same reference when the order moves forward.

Product & development scope

  • Lash styles, curls, lengths and pack contents
  • Approved sample and packaging artwork version
  • Development scope, mold costs and tooling arrangements
  • How specification or artwork changes are confirmed

Commercial & delivery terms

  • Order quantities, unit prices and payment arrangements
  • Agreed production and shipment schedule
  • Shipping basis, importer role and customs charges
  • Quality concerns and the agreed handling process

Project-specific obligations are set out in the written order or agreement.

Lawful trade, from order to destination.

A lash shipment needs accurate information and clear responsibilities. Review the destination, the parties involved and the agreed delivery arrangement before dispatch.

Accurate shipment information

Invoice and packing details should match the actual goods, quantities, values and origin. Do not request misleading descriptions or false declarations.

Clear importer responsibilities

Confirm who will act as importer, arrange customs clearance and pay duties or taxes under the agreed shipping terms. A freight quotation alone does not define every responsibility.

Destination & carrier requirements

Check applicable trade restrictions and required authorizations for the destination, parties and products. For adhesives and liquids, confirm the carrier’s acceptance and transport requirements for the exact formulation.
